Belek sits 45 km east of Antalya Airport, a 35 to 40 minute drive, and holds the densest cluster of championship courses in Türkiye. Most groups arriving there are carrying something a normal transfer is not sized for: golf bags.
Golf bags and vehicle choice
A tour bag is roughly 130 cm long and does not share space politely with suitcases. As a working rule, a Mercedes Vito handles four passengers with four golf bags and their normal luggage; beyond that, a Mercedes Sprinter is the right vehicle. Tell us the number of bags when you book and we assign the vehicle to the load, not to the headcount.
- Four players, four bags, standard suitcases: Vito.
- Six to eight players, or bags plus large cases: Sprinter.
- Mixed group with non-playing partners: count the bags, not the people.
Timing around tee times
The drive is short, but the airport is not. Allow 20 to 45 minutes from landing to leaving the terminal in peak season, then 35 to 40 minutes on the road. A morning tee time on arrival day is realistic only for flights landing before about 07:00; for anything later, plan the first round for the following morning.
Courses and hotels in the area
The Belek resorts - among them Regnum Carya, Gloria, Cornelia and Maxx Royal - sit within a few kilometres of each other and of their courses, so an extra stop for a teammate at a different hotel costs minutes rather than an hour. On a private transfer we can do that; on a shared shuttle you have no say in the order.
What to confirm when booking
Three things: the number of golf bags, the hotel name, and the return pickup time if you already know your departure. The price is fixed per vehicle, so a larger vehicle for the luggage is a quote you see before you travel, never a surcharge at the kerb.
