After passport control and baggage claim, follow the other passengers to the Meet & Greet Area and come to our counter J / 777. Simply give your name to our staff - that is all it takes. Our team alerts your chauffeur right away; he enters the airport and pulls up at the pick-up point while our staff walks you to the vehicle. The whole process takes around 7-8 minutes.

The Meet & Greet Area serves international arrivals only, so domestic guests are looked after differently: we send you your chauffeur's phone number before the transfer. Just let him know once you have landed and he will meet you in the arrivals hall.

Two members of our team are permanently on duty at the counter and their only job is walking arriving guests to their vehicle. If you find the counter empty for a moment, it means a colleague is escorting the guest who arrived just before you - each escort takes about 7-8 minutes. Please wait around 10 minutes. If nobody is back by then, message us on WhatsApp: we alert your chauffeur immediately, have him park at the nearest point and guide you straight to your car with no further waiting.

The first 90 minutes after your plane lands are included free of charge - comfortably more than passport control, baggage and customs require - and this window shifts automatically with any flight delay. Only if something unrelated to your flight keeps you inside the terminal for longer, a parking contribution of EUR 5 is added for each additional hour. In practice this almost never happens: virtually all of our guests are on the road long before that.

Once you have confirmed your return date and time with our team on WhatsApp, we assign your vehicle a few hours before the transfer and send you photos of it on WhatsApp - together with your chauffeur's phone number if you would like it. When your chauffeur reaches the hotel he informs reception, who let your room know that the car is ready. Our chauffeurs never call guests directly: all contact runs through our single WhatsApp support line, so you always know exactly who you are speaking to.

Your chauffeur is at your hotel at the agreed time and waits 15 minutes free of charge. If you think you will be delayed, one message on WhatsApp is enough: we check your flight time, brief your chauffeur and adjust the plan with you. Our aim is never to rush you, only to get you to your flight comfortably.

Of course. If you would like to stop at a supermarket or a pharmacy, or pause for a photo along the way, simply tell us when booking or on WhatsApp and we will plan the route around it. If a stop takes you well off your route, we tell you before departure whether anything is added - nothing ever appears afterwards.

You pay your chauffeur in cash at the start of the journey - we do not take cards. Prices are set in euros (EUR): the fixed amount is exactly what you saw when booking, per vehicle, with all airport and parking fees included. Prefer to pay in US dollars or Turkish lira? Message us on WhatsApp beforehand for a separate quote, as the exchange rate differs. Your chauffeur greets you, loads your luggage and fits any child seats you requested; once payment is settled, your journey begins.

Our prices are set in euros (EUR) and settled in cash; cards are not accepted. If you would rather pay in US dollars or Turkish lira, the amount depends on the exchange rate on the day, so message us on WhatsApp before your transfer: we confirm a clear price for you and brief your chauffeur, so nothing is negotiated in the car.

Yes, and it is always free. Because we take no prepayment there is nothing to refund and no waiting for money to come back - if your plans change, a message on WhatsApp is all we need. A new time, a different flight number or another destination address is handled the same way, at no extra cost.

Yes. The price you see at booking is the price you hand to your chauffeur in cash - per vehicle, with all airport fees, parking and the first 90 minutes of waiting included. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available free of charge when requested during booking.

As a rule, one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. If you are carrying more - an extra case, golf clubs, a pushchair, skis or a bicycle - simply tell us when booking and we will assign a vehicle with the right capacity at no additional cost. All that matters is that we know in advance. A Mercedes Vito carries up to 6 passengers and a Sprinter up to 12.
