Antalya Airport handles more than thirty million passengers a year and almost all of them arrive in a narrow summer window. Knowing the sequence in advance turns a crowded terminal into a twenty minute formality.
Which terminal you land at
AYT has three terminals. Most international scheduled flights use Terminal 1 or Terminal 2; charter and seasonal holiday flights are usually handled by Terminal 2. The domestic terminal serves flights from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. You do not need to work this out yourself - the flight number tells us, and the driver is sent to the right arrivals hall.
Passport control and baggage
Most European nationalities enter Türkiye without a visa for short stays, but confirm your own passport's rules before travelling. Budget 20 to 45 minutes from landing to walking out with your bags in peak season, less outside July and August. Baggage reclaim is the step that varies most, which is why a waiting window matters more than a promised pickup time.
Where the driver meets you
- Collect your luggage and walk through to the arrivals hall.
- Head for the meet & greet area J / 777.
- Our airport team finds your booking and takes you to your driver.
- The driver carries your luggage to the vehicle in the nearby car park.
You do not have to find a name board in a crowd of fifty. The team is at a fixed point and holds your booking reference, so the handover works the same at 06:00 and at 02:00.
What happens if the flight is late
We track the flight itself, not the schedule you booked against. If it lands two hours late, the pickup moves two hours with it and the price does not change. The first 90 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time are included at no cost, which covers a slow passport queue or delayed baggage.
Before you travel
Two details make the day smooth: give us the flight number rather than only the arrival time, and tell us the number of child seats when you book. Both are free, and both are much harder to arrange at 01:00 in the arrivals hall.
